For Andrew Luce, that meant turning a passion he began exploring in his dorm room into a thriving career in music – one that has now earned him the 2026 Samuel Kahn Award. Established in 1964 by Rosalind Kahn in honor of her husband, Samuel, the Samuel Kahn Award recognizes a member of the 10th Reunion Class who exemplifies Stevenson’s core values: doing one’s best, pursuing one’s passion and serving others. Luce’s path reflects those ideals in a distinctly modern way. A music producer and songwriter, Luce has built an impressive body of work since graduating. He earned a nomination for Album of the Year at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards for his contributions to “Montero,” the 2021 album by Lil Nas X, and has collaborated with artists including Travis Scott, Role Model and Bryant Barnes.
