Whether you are coming from across the world or down the street, we look forward to welcoming you and your family for the 2023–24 school year. This welcome website contains logistical information and resources to help prepare your family for the school year. I look forward to campus being energized by the presence of Stevenson students very soon, and in the meantime wish you a wonderful last stretch of summer.
Arrival Procedures for All Families at a Glance

- Boarding Students: Review the dormitory supplies and packing supplies checklist.

New Student Information
August 21, Resident Students Registration & Orientation
- 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. – Registration for all new resident students Wilson Field and Douglas Hall. Special note: arrival slots for new resident students on Monday, August 21, will be between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- 2:00-9:30 p.m. – Orientation Activities for all new resident students. (see Wendy Ann Hayward ’86 New Student Orientation Activities Schedule)
August 21, Day Students Registration & Orientation
- 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. – Registration for all new day students Wilson Field and Douglas Hall.
- 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. – Orientation Activities for for all new day students. (see Wendy Ann Hayward ’86 New Student Orientation Activities Schedule)
August 22, New Student Orientation Activities Day 2
- 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. – Orientation Activities for for all new students. Casual dress, bring layers, wear sneakers, and bring or wear sunscreen; some segments will be on the lawn (required, students only, includes lunch. See Wendy Ann Hayward ’86 New Student Orientation Activities Schedule for details).
