Pebble Beach Campus Updates

- AP Exam Schedule: These exams will take place at Stevenson May 5-16. Students and families should have received information from the College Center about the schedule, testing locations, attendance policy and other important details. Important: Students with morning AP exams are expected to attend afternoon classes. If an exam causes a student to miss their only opportunity to eat lunch, they may miss part of a lunch period class in order to eat. Students with afternoon AP exams are allowed to be absent from morning classes to prepare for their afternoon AP exam, but must communicate with their teacher in advance. Students who have College Board-approved extended time are responsible for communicating with their teachers in advance regarding any missed class and assignment(s).
- Volunteers Needed: The community lunch is on Monday, May 19; please sign up here if you're able to volunteer. Volunteers should arrive at the lobby of Reid Dining Hall by 11:30 a.m.; lunch will conclude by 1 p.m. Parents/guardians are invited to attend the Community Honors Assembly following the lunch at 1:45 p.m. in the Wandke Amphitheater.
- Spring Final Assessments: Spring semester classes will conclude with final assessments for all Grades 9-11 students during the week of May 19-23. Each class will have a two-hour assessment block where students will have an opportunity to actively demonstrate their learning and mastery for the course. Students are required to be present for these assessments; they may not be rescheduled. Seniors will be engaging in senior week programming during this time, and will not be participating in spring final assessments.
- Seniors Early Move-Out Policy: Senior boarding students who wish to stay locally with family before graduation must fully move out of their dorm room prior to beginning that stay. These students must also submit a pass by May 19. Seniors who will be living in the dorm until graduation do not need to submit a final pass.
- Boarding Students Move Out Details: During X-Term, boarding students will need to complete a series of checkpoints to ensure their rooms are fully packed by Friday, June 6. All students are required to remain on campus until that date and must depart by 5 p.m. that day. Summer storage will be available for all returning students; more details will be shared soon. To help streamline the end-of-year process, we encourage boarding students who are going home on the upcoming weekends to take back any items they won't need for the remainder of the school year.
- X-Term Conclusion: At 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, X-Term will conclude. Students are required to remain on campus that evening. Boarding students must depart on Friday, June 6, by 5 p.m., and should plan all travel accordingly for that day.
- 2025-2026 Welcome Website: On this website for the next school year, you will find academic calendars, preseason programming, summer work (coming soon) and a host of other valuable resources. Please bookmark this website and check back often, as information will be updated in the coming months.
