- Graduation Ceremony: Congratulations to the Class of 2025! A recording of last night's Baccalaureate ceremony can be viewed here. Once today's graduation ceremony concludes you may find the recording here.
- Holiday Closure: There will be no classes tomorrow, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.
- Parent Survey Launch: On Wednesday, May 28, you will receive a survey via email in partnership with Qualtrics. This survey is an important opportunity for us to hear your thoughts and experiences as we continue to strengthen our school community. The survey will remain open until Wednesday, June 11 at midnight. Your input is deeply valued, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective with us.
- Summer Camp Updates: Stevenson Summer Camps start in less than a month! For more information on our day, sleepaway and sports camps and to register, visit the Summer Camp website.
- Nearly full – The Camp at Carmel and The Camp at Pebble Beach weeks 3-6!
- The special promotion for Stevenson rising Grades 5-8 students – one week of sleepaway camp at Pebble Beach for $600 – has been a huge hit and there are only a few spots left, especially in weeks 3-6. To grab one of these spots contact Kyle Cassamas.
- Did you know that your camper can choose their afternoon workshops? Options include acting, technology, ceramics, radio broadcasting, marine biology and more. Afternoons have a whole new vibe this summer that will keep your campers wanting more!

Carmel Campus Updates

Lower and Middle Division
- After-School Program: This week, Tuesday, May 27 – Friday, May 30, is the last week of after school workshops, with the exception of Horseback Riding, which will meet on Monday, June 2, and Fashion/Learn to Sew, which will meet on Tuesday, June 3. For the last week of school, June 2-6, free play will be provided after school.
- Final Free Dress Day: Students may come to school dressed in their favorite "free dress"outfits this Friday, May 30.
- Drop-Off Reminder: Parents/guardians, please do not drop your child off at the crosswalk above the campus turn-in, as it disrupts the regular drop-off process. As a reminder, the carline procedure is to drive to the front of the school building, where one of our greeters will safely assist your child with exiting the car. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping students safe.
Lower Division
- Moving-Up Ceremonies (Pre-K and Kindergarten): Families and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Stevenson's youngest learners this Thursday, May 29.
- Pre-K: 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
- Kindergarten: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
- Lower Division Assembly: All families are invited to attend the final assembly of the year this Friday, May 30, at 8:15 a.m.
- Field Day: The Lower Division Field Day will be Thursday, June 5, 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., on the Carmel campus. Students should arrive as usual between 7:30 a.m. – 8 a.m. and report to their classrooms before transitioning to the blacktop for the field day activities and pep rally. Families are invited to join the festivities and enjoy a BBQ-style lunch. If you would like to help volunteer at a station please click here to sign up. The Middle Division Field Day will be the same day, on the Pebble Beach campus. For families with students in both divisions, we encourage you to drop off your Lower Division student first before heading to Pebble Beach to drop off older siblings.
- Grade 8 Graduation Assembly: The graduation assembly will be on Thursday, June 5, at 1:30 p.m., at the Carmel Amphitheater. All Lower Division families are invited to attend and celebrate these students.
- Yearbooks: Students will receive their 2024-2025 yearbooks on Thursday, June 5.
Middle Division
- Late Start: This Tuesday, May 27, is a regular late start day with classes beginning at 9 a.m.
- Summer Work: The Middle Division is finalizing summer work recommendations. This information will be shared on your Pirate Pages by the end of the school year. Thank you for your patience.
- Chromebook Return: Students Chromebooks will be collected as follows:
- Grade 5: Monday, June 2, 9:50 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.
- Grade 6: Tuesday, June 3, 10:15 a.m. – 11:10 a.m.
- Grade 7: Tuesday, June 3, 10:15 a.m. – 11:10 a.m.
- Grade 8: Monday, June 2, 10:55 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.
- Grade 8 End-of-Year Events: Grade 8 parents/guardians, please plan accordingly for the following events:
- June 3 (day): Class trip to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
- June 4 (day): Beach day.
- June 4 (evening): Student/Faculty Dinner, 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m., in the Treasure Room on the Pebble Beach campus.
- June 5 (day): Field Day (Middle Division will take place on the Pebble Beach campus).
- June 5: Graduation assembly at 1:30 p.m. in the Main Amphitheater. Students will be done with rehearsal by 4:15 p.m.
- June 5 (afternoon): Yearbook distribution.
- June 6 (morning): Graduation ceremony from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., in the Carmel Amphitheater.
- June 6 (evening): Graduate and family celebration, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., at Hacienda in Carmel Valley.
- Field Day: The Middle Division Field Day is Thursday, June 5 on the Pebble Beach campus. More details coming soon.

Pebble Beach Campus Updates
|
- X-Term: This year's X-Term will begin this Tuesday, May 27 with an opening assembly at 9 a.m. and will conclude on the evening of Thursday, June 5, at 8 p.m. Students are required to remain on campus that evening. Boarding students must depart on Friday, June 6, by 5 p.m. and should plan all travel accordingly for June 6.
- Boarding Students Move Out Details: During X-Term, boarding students will need to complete a series of checkpoints to ensure their rooms are fully packed by Friday, June 6. All students are required to remain on campus until that date and must depart by 5 p.m. that day. Summer storage will be available for all returning students. To help streamline the end-of-year process, we encourage boarding students who are going home on the upcoming weekends to take back any items they won't need for the remainder of the school year.
- Summer Airport Shuttle: Students who need transportation to San Francisco International or San Jose Mineta International on June 6 must sign up here by this Friday, May 30 at 11:59 p.m. Note: The shuttle will only allow one large suitcase (up to 50 pounds) and one carry-on. The shuttle will depart from Stevenson at 12 p.m. on June 6.
