So far, photos for only half of the class have been received. Please add this to the top of your to-do list so that your student is represented.

  • Community Honors and Awards: Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend this ceremony, tomorrow, May 19 at 1:45 p.m., in the Wandke Ampitheater. Those unable to attend in person may view the livestream version here.
  • Summer Passes – Due Tomorrow: A reminder that summer passes are due for all Grades 9-11 students by tomorrow, May 19, at 11:59 p.m.

They must also submit a pass by tomorrow, May 19. Seniors who will be living in the dorm until graduation do not need to submit a final pass.
  • Spring Final Assessments – Grades 9-11: Spring semester classes will conclude with final assessments for all Grades 9-11 students during the week of May 19-23. Each class will have a two-hour assessment block where students will have an opportunity to actively demonstrate their learning and mastery for the course. Students are required to be present for these assessments; they may not be rescheduled. The final assessment schedule is listed on the school calendar.
  • X-Term Conclusion: At 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, X-Term will conclude. Students are required to remain on campus that evening. Boarding students must depart on Friday, June 6, by 5 p.m., and should plan all travel accordingly for that day.
  • Boarding Students Move Out Details: During X-Term, boarding students will need to complete a series of checkpoints to ensure their rooms are fully packed by Friday, June 6. All students are required to remain on campus until that date and must depart by 5 p.m. that day. Summer storage will be available for all returning students; more details will be shared soon. To help streamline the end-of-year process, we encourage boarding students who are going home on the upcoming weekends to take back any items they won't need for the remainder of the school year.
