Blue & Gold Opportunity Plan

The UC Blue & Gold Opportunity Plan covers UC systemwide tuition and fees for California residents with a total income under $80,000 who qualify for financial aid. Additional grant aid may be available for students with further financial need. How to apply: Submit the FAFSA and Cal Grant GPA Verification Form by March 2 (no separate application required).
