Annual Fund

As a nonprofit institution, Stevenson depends on the generosity of our community members to provide students with an education that is challenging, nourishing, relevant, and joyful.

As a nonprofit institution, Stevenson depends on the generosity of our community members to provide students with an education that is challenging, nourishing, relevant, and joyful.

As a relatively young school and with a correspondingly modest endowment, Stevenson relies on the Annual Fund to provide critical support for the operating budget. This year, the School will also rely on the Annual Fund to offset the lower net tuition revenue that will result as a consequence of discounted tuition during remote instruction.

Gifts to the Annual Fund contribute to essential areas like faculty salaries, professional development, financial aid, athletics, arts, and so much more. Each gift makes an immediate impact on our students’ education and allows the school to offer more resources to students and faculty than would be possible for us if we relied on tuition revenue alone.

Donors may designate their gifts to support financial aid, faculty, academic programs, fine arts, athletics, or to the areas of greatest need as determined by the school.

Graduates of the past ten years are eligible for membership in the Young Alumni Silverado Society with a contribution of $100 multiplied by the number of years since their graduation ($100 in the year you graduate, $200 the following year, etc.).

The Legacy Circle

The Stevenson Legacy Circle honors donors whose cumulative gifts over $100,000—annual, capital, and endowed—through the years demonstrate a remarkable commitment to our school and our students.

The Simoneau Society

Named for Robert Louis Stevenson’s great friend, Jules Simoneau, the Simoneau Society recognizes and appreciates those who have included the School in their estate plans or as a beneficiary in their wills, and who have made the future of Stevenson a priority.
