Spring Family Weekend is scheduled for April 21–23. Parents/Guardians will have the opportunity to meet with classroom teachers (lower division) and advisors (middle and upper divisions) during conference appointments scheduled Friday afternoon. We are delighted to invite you to begin the weekend by attending the Installation Ceremony for Dr. Dan Griffiths, president, at 9:00 a.m. on April 21 on the Pebble Beach campus. Throughout the weekend, there are opportunities for you to meet fellow parents, learn more about school programs, attend the carnival, and attend Pirate athletic events.

“Everybody” by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins is a morality play about what it means to live, what it means to die, and the journey in between. Written by Branden Jacob-Jenkins, the play was a 2018 Pulitzer Prize finalist and is a modern adaptation of the fifteenth-century morality play, “The Summoning of Everyman,” one of the earliest known plays in the English language.

Installation Ceremony for President Dr. Dan Griffiths

The Installation of Dr. Dan Griffiths as the fifth president of Stevenson School is an all-community celebration. Students from all divisions will be in attendance, and all parents, guardians, faculty, staff, and friends of the school are welcome to attend in person or via livestream. Further details regarding the program for this event will be released when available.

In collaboration with the Alliance Française of Monterey Bay, Stevenson French students will present poetry and music from all over the Francophone world. There will be “open mic” style performances by both students and members of the Alliance, followed by French treats and a chance to mingle with native French speakers. Students, faculty, staff, and families are all welcome.
