  • Thursday, May 12 & Friday, May 13: Spring Dance Concert, Journey | 7:00 p.m., Keck Auditorium

    Students performing in this concert will be upper division dance program & varsity dance team. Guest performers include those who participate in the Carmel campus junior dance team.

  • May 18, 19, 20: Lower Division Classroom Socials | 8:00–8:30 a.m., Carmel Campus

    Parent/Guardian Event | REGISTER TODAY

    Please join us on the Carmel Campus to mingle with other parents/guardians, color with students, and explore the classroom. Our May classroom socials will include a music highlight. Registration is available on your Pirate Pages. Each social is scheduled from 8:00-8:30 a.m. Up to two immediate adult family members may attend per student.     Please join us on campus for a special lower and middle division assembly featuring selected dance groups. ALL middle division students should arrive at school by 8:30 a.m. NO LATE start for middle division students.

  • Thursday, June 9 | 6:00–8:00 p.m., Carmel Campus | Grade 8 Graduation Dinner & Rehearsal

    Grade 8 students will come together with faculty for graduation rehearsal followed by dinner and dessert. Attendance is mandatory.

  • Friday, June 10 | Grade 8 Graduation | Carmel Campus Amphitheater

    Families Welcome, (limit 6 guests per graduate) | REGISTRATION FORTHCOMING

    9:15 a.m. Graduates arrive
    10:00 a.m. Graduation ceremony

    Graduate Dress Code:

    • White or black dress with shoulders covered
    • Dress slacks, dress shirt, coat, and tie
    • Heels may be no higher than two inches

What is Field Day?

Field Day is an opportunity for students at the Carmel campus to come together with family and friends for a day full of friendly competition and bonding in celebration of the close of a successful school year. Students in grades K–8 travel to the Pebble Beach campus to take over the Jeff and Beth Young Athletics Complex for a day of games, snacks, and celebration. PK students will remain on campus for their own day of celebration in the classroom.
