We look forward to welcoming Stevenson families for Fall Family Weekend, beginning Wednesday, Oct.14 with a Carmel Campus Parent and Guardian Reception, followed by several days of connection, conversation and celebration across both campuses. Lower and Middle Division families are warmly encouraged to take part in Pebble Beach Campus events as well.
Throughout the weekend, families will have opportunities to connect with teachers and administrators during Pre-K–12 conferences, spend time with fellow parents and guardians and experience more of student life at Stevenson. Highlights include the Upper Division Arts Show, grade-level gatherings, an introduction to Stevenson’s college counseling program and Thursday evening’s State of the School, where President Dan Griffiths, Head of Upper Division Aimée Bates and students will share more about Stevenson’s values and the ways they are shaping the student experience.
Families can also cheer on the Pirates at athletic events, gather with other parents and guardians on Friday evening and join the Stevenson community Saturday morning for a Carmel Beach clean-up and bring-your-own picnic. Stevenson will provide clean-up supplies and a picnic blanket for participating families.
Fall break begins Saturday afternoon, Oct. 17 and continues through Tuesday, Oct. 20, with classes resuming Wednesday, Oct. 21. We hope families will enjoy the opportunity to spend time together and take part in as much of the weekend as their schedules allow.
Visit the Fall Family Weekend website here. Please note that the schedule is still being finalized and some event and athletic details are subject to change.
